Virtual office cannot be accessed

Dear All,

I'm having some problems accessing the Virtual office admin page (http://server/vo) , when I hit the page in the browser I get the message:

javax.servlet.ServletException: The portal is unable to login: authenticate: [cn=pco,ou=VirtualOffice,ou=Servers,o=Riverview] :: javax.naming.directory.NoSuchAttributeException::[LDAP: error code 16 - NDS error: no such value (-602)]

Its a HTTP 500 page. I've tried a few reinstalls but had no luck. I am using Imanager 2.7. Virtual office is version 1.6.1.

Any ideas?
