NetStorage delete upload download facilitys keep failing

Running Tomcat 4 on a Novell OS (NW65sp7). Netstorage is up and allows you to login, but the delete, upload and download functions stop working everyday. They resume working after a reload of Netstorage under Tomcat Manager but only temporarily.

I've changed the settings.properties file under sys\tomcat\4\webapps\NetStorage\WEB-INF\classes to use https and port 443 as that's what we want. But that's the only help I've seen.

When you try to delete it tries and then gives delete: error in the bottom left corner, the upload pop up is blank and nothing hapens when you try to download.

Help!
