Information on how to navigate to the user accounts

Use the SYSCON.EXE utility, found in the SYS:PUBLIC directory. It is
executed from a logged-in workstation, and you will probably need to be
logged in as "SUPERVISOR", or a supervisor-equivalent username.

Workstations must have the appropriate Novell client software installed,
IPX-only, and bindery mode.

3.1.4 may not be the correct version number. I believe you can get the
correct information by typing VERSION at the system console prompt. Use the
Ctrl-Esc key combination to toggle between console screens.
