With queue-based printing, the print server doesn't care what IP address
it has as it communicates with the (file) server over IPX. You should
check the print server's config to ensure it has the correct server and
queue assigned -- this can generally be done either using
JetAdmin/WebAdmin. And you can check MONITOR.NLM on the server to see if
this printer is logged in or not -- it needs to be.
