Printer shows status not connected

This is a HP 8150 printer. Was working fine, had a power failure and it
got a DHCP address. I changed it back to the correct address and not no
one can print to it using Q based printing. Can print IP fine. I do not
see any problems but have not done anything with this type of printing in
eons. I have recycled the print server and the printer. Any other
suggestions? ALL other printers in the list are working fine.
