Jobs incomplete

Dear Miss, Sir,

One of our customers uses an LPT1 capture to redirect print outs from a
"Europort" application to print to a HP Laserjet P2015 (Jet direct).

Most of the reports that are printed are incomplete: the last part of the
report is missing. For example the report is 10 pages, we print out 6
pages.
If we print a report to a local printer (no capture) or view the report on
screen we get a full report.

The "Europort" application has an option to print to a file. When we use
this option and open this file in MS EDIT and print it to a captured LPT1,
the job is incomplete.
When we dump the file to LPT1 with the type command we get the same result.

We did this:
- put the time out in the CAPTURE command to TI=30 (time out value was 15)
- put the time out on the Jet Direct interfase on 300 seconds

No positive results.
Any suggestions?
