Send Novell Username to a Windows queue

I have a unique situation where I have a Lab that is a group of Windows
workstations and users log into Active Directory with individual user
accounts and use a Shared windows print queue. I have other users in
the next room that login to Windows workstations and also log into
Windows Active Directory but all the user use the same general Windows
account. ie lab1

These jobs are all put on hold and user then go and release their print
jobs. Problem is the user all using the lab1 windows account all have
the same username on their print jobs.

I am not sure if this is a dumb question or if this the wrong place to
ask this question but is it possible to send the Novell User name
instead of the Windows account to a Windows Print Queue.
