Printer selection in XP
I use NW6.5 with printing queues and 2 printers, each one with a different form, 0 and 1.
All workstations was created with the two printers and their respective forms assigned to 0 or 1.
But when users log-in for the first time in a XP workstation, they have no form assigned, using the default form for both printers.
This is OK for printer 1 which uses normally form 0 but creates a problem for printer 2, which uses normally form 1, and jobs are submitted with form default (0), holding the queue and forcing the printer operator to change forms at the printer.
I'm searching for a solution to assign the correct form to printers at log-in time, avoiding the forms changing task.
Any sugestions?
