add ndps printer

We're currently experiencing a problem browsing through the contexts to add NDPS printers. Most of the time, I am unable to expand the NDPS Controlled Access Printers. Any tips on how to troubleshoot this one?

Netware 6.5 server
Windows XP client with Novell Client 4.91 SP4.
