Print Logs
We are troubleshooting an issue printing from OS X, using the Prosoft Netware Client software. The client is not able to print to the netware queue and is receiving an error message, /usr/libexec/cups/backend/ncp stopped with status 50!. In talking with the Prosoft Tech Support, they indicated that there is a problem with the netware configuration and we should check the logs. However, I am not sure which logs to check. We are using the old queue based printing. Everything is working fine from XP, so there does not appear to be a network problem, just something with the interaction of Netware and Prosoft. We are running nw 6.5 sp6.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
