Default Re: Authenticating to NetWare

That was a good idea, but so far it hasn't panned out for me. Really odd thing, we all have imaged machines here (essentially identical) but I cannot get connected, yet the next workstation down can. Will try to grab a packetscan off that machine and see if I can tell what it is doing differently

Tried disabling the munged XP firewall? Have something else besides the
firewall like ZoneAlarm or anti-malware/virus software that would prevent
an outbound connection from completing. Most of the time I've seen issues
like this on windows it has been the firewall which is somewhat
application-aware and can let IE run rampant (because it is a solid,
bug-free, trustworthy application) while blocking other things that are
not made by microsoft.

Good luck.
