It really should not matter. SupportAdvisor just makes an SSH connection
to the box so as long as you can SSH to it SupportAdvisor should be able
to reach it. If you can SSH but cannot use SupportAdvisor (from the same
box) I would guess a weird configuration using non-standard ports. Try
the discovery tool as well to see if it finds things where they are.
