I don't think SA has this ability (or at least I didn't see the files in there) but I think it would be nice if SA also grabbed or made a "support config" log file as well, so that if you had to open an SR it was already there.

Through Novell Support Advisor (NSA) client you have the option to upload any support config file gathering securely back to Novell to attache to your SR.
You just need to enter in the correct SR number that you already have open.
This is available under Analysis -> Previous Connections, then select the server in question, then under "Server Archive" click the green arrow pointing up Icon.
