Among the "critical" (red) items is one that says,
"The Cluster DN (from /etc/opt/novell/ncs/clstrlib.conf) does not match the cluster edirectory DN exactly"
The only difference I see is that /etc/opt/novell/ncs/clstrlib.conf shows the Cluster DN as fully distinguished (cn=, o=,) with with "," as the delimiters while eDir shows only "." with no container distinguishers.

A few of the "Critical" errors have to do with
OES migration, which, frankly, do not seem "critical" to me.
