Zero progress, component timeout

Where's is NSA installed and what version? I experienced a similar problem
running from my openSUSE box. A run stood for ages, finally coming back with a
timeout message. Turned out to be a problem with JAVA on my box. I updated that
and then NSA ran without problems.
