Only One Category Appears: Migration
I've tried Support Advisor, version 1.1.0, on six servers and five out of six only come up with one category, Migration. The other server had several categories as shown in the tutorial video but it hung on connecting to Novell for support, etc.
Is there a setting that needs to be different, or is having only one category, Migration, normal?
