It's a matter of GPL licensing. Novell includes code with OES is not
GPL licensed and by loading a kernel module that is not GPL, you get
the warning about license taining the kernel. This is targeted at
purists who want a 100% GPL kernel. However if you want to run the OES
stuff, you obviously can't be 100% GPL.
