NSS Volumes -> Execute Programs

Hello,

I noticed that users which have Novell Rights: Read and FileScan are not
allowed to execute a program on the NSS-Volume if the Server is OES. On the
Netware Kernel that was not a problem. What must I change? There is also RWX
to everyone from Linux already but does not affect.
