Default VNC...

Hi -

Can someone tell me how I can set up VNC to allow me to connect to OES-
Linux without having to do anything like generate invitations on the
console itself?

I can VNC to the machine if I go through Desktop Sharing -> create
personal invitation, but that's about as much use as a chocolate
fireguard when the machine is some distance and several floors away.

What do I need to do so that the machine accepts a VNC connection with a
password, and when no-one's logged in to the console?

Cheers,
