Activation farce

Novell Open Enterprise Server for SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9 Activation

is available on my Customercare Portal

But neither Red Carpet of Rug will accept it

Even funnier is the fact that there is NOBODY I can talk to, my educational
resealer does not want to know, my account manager at Novell does not want
to know, no other resealer will help, as I did not buy it from them.

Lets face it, even the big evil Microsoft got that right.
If they give you the key for their OS, it simply works

I must say - WAY to go Novell, Linux is the way (just not in that way...)

Anybody any suggestions?
