rug patch doesn't install 11255 pam patch

FYI:

Figured out which rpm that 11255 was trying to install by searching for a
novell tid or document. Searched all areas and found article which
documented files to download and their file names.

Then went into folder /var/cache/rcd/patch_data

Attempted to manually reinstall with rpm -Fvh package_name.rpm.
Resulted in message that file was corrupted or something like that.
Decided the the file was corrupt. Renamed suspect file.

Reran rug pin --entire-channel oes

This time rug downloaded and installed patch successfully.

Then when I run rpm -qa | grep pam I now see the correct version of pam.

Hope this will help someone and if not hopefully it will help me in case I
need to revisit these steps.
