I think it's a bug, IMO.
However, we have found that if your server has TWO NIC in it, but you only are using one, that NRM will display what you mention.
If you go into the BIOS and disable the 2nd NIC, then NRM is fine and happy (it will show green).
Otherwise you can uncheck the box for include.
