Default amount of memory reported in remote manager

I have a couple of servers that are fully patched Suse OES 9

in netware remote manager, I go to health monitor and display the contents on both. Both servers are the same hardware specs for type, storage, ram, processors etc, and both were built at the same time. The main server shows the following.

Server Health Table
Include Notify Info Description Current Peak Max
CPU Utilization 0 0 100
Process Count 0 0 N/A
Physical Memory 0 MB * 0 MB 0 MB
Swap Memory 0 MB * 0 MB 0 MB
Virtual Memory 0 MB * 0 MB 0 MB
LAN Collisions 0 0 N/A

The second server shows more of what I expect to see.
Include Notify Info Description Current Peak Max
CPU Utilization 8 34 100
Process Count 292 345 N/A
Physical Memory 5,421 MB 0 MB 8,110 MB
Swap Memory 1,024 MB * 0 MB 1,027 MB
Virtual Memory 6,445 MB * 0 MB 9,138 MB
LAN Collisions 0 0 N/A

When I look at other info it does appear that the server knows that there is 8 Gb of ram so not sure why the health monitor is having problems.

If someone could shed some info on this it would be appreciated.
