Slow LDAP respons with OES2 running on vmware ESX 3.5

Hi.

I have installed an OES2 Sp1 server on a HP DL 360 G5 with 6GB of RAM that only holds an replica of eDIR.

Making a LDAP query to this server is very fast, returns after under 1s


Now to my problem .... the issue

I have installed a server just like the one above, but on vmware esx 3.5
Making a LDAP query to this server is mutch slower, returns the same query after 25s


Any idés on what to change on the server to gain LDAP performance, when running on Vmware ?
