Workstations started to "hang" after moving to OES2SP1

Good day!

Workstations in our network started to randomly hang for 10-15 seconds. It seems like they hang when trying to read from storage (no matter local dirve or remote server). This started after we migrated our servers to OES2SP1. If we unplug the network cable reading from local drives becomes normal. Even if we just logout from novell client, everything is fine. But this is not a solution, we need network storage.
