Process Count in Remote Manger

I have enabled mail notifications for all RM health status monitored
items.

On one server I get sometimes a mail that process count is in a suspect
state, immediately (max time difference 1 minute) followed by a mail
telling, that process count has returned to the good state.

Is this something to be worried about? Those messages have no
recognisable pattern and in most cases there are no messages in the
logs, at that time at all.

Often this is without any client PC being up and no special workload
running.
