Total noob question about automatic updates

Say I have an OES Linux server that's all updated. Will the automatic updates include other Novell programs or do I have to update those manually?

For example: I have a Novell OES SLES10 SP2 server with GroupWise Mobile server on it. Will the updates include GMS or do I have to figure out how to update Mobile server on my own? (specifically I'm trying to get it from 2.0.3 to 2.0.4).
