WHO HAS THAT FILE OPEN

Just got our first oes server up and running in production enviroment. I asked a question about an open file. In monitor on netware you could go to file/open lock activity ...Where can I do the same on OES2. I can see by user connections but thats kinda useless I need to see by file.
