use yast to install them again on your system.
yast / software / software management.
There search for NOVLam and NLDAPbase.
The only thing that you must have is a installation source available for yast.
Yast recognizes where it was installed from and tries to grab the files from there. So in case you insatlled from a nfs server and that is still there it will find them. In case it was installed from a dvd you need to have that dvd. But simply open the software management and you will see what happens.
