Changing the name of OES2 Server

depending on the server role and what needs to be reconfigured, it's probably 'easier' to remove the OES2 configured services and then reinstall/reconfigure them again.

With Windows in many cases it's possible to 'point & click' and rename the server... but this can get complex quick enough to the point a full reinstall/migration is necessary as to not break the system.
