So if it wasn't SCOPE2, it would be fine? I think that makes sense. Except I have no idea how to change that. And I'm assuming that this is something you'd have to do for each specific application, and this frightens me.

I did find that by adding replicas of the ou=configuration.xx.xx and ou=schema.ou=configuration.xx.xx on non-dsfw servers, it resolved the problem. So it seems like this is the path of least resistance and a workable solution.
