Default Dell poweredge 2950 - "no hard disk found"

I'm trying to install OES1 SP2 on a new Dell Poweredge 2950 server. 64-bit
The server has RAID and SAS drives.

The first screen doesn't even try to guess at the partitioning screen.
This is where I see the "no hard disk found".

I've googled and found other linux distros questions regarding the same error message. Some refer to drivers and other refer to BIOS settings.

I've downloaded drivers from Dell. Since I'm new to this need some assistance to get to the next step.

Any thoughts or links that might help.

thanks,
Lin
