Install second DSfW domain server fail

cn=@, records create the NS and A record for the domain in case of First
domain controller. In case of additional domain controller it will only
add the A record for the new domain controller.

Do you mean you have created the host name (A record) for the
additional domain controller? If then you will have to delete it.
This record will be created by the install itself.

Also i see some of the records like cn=72f521f6-b959-11de-9ced-000c29ffc193_#msdcs,cn=cad_hk,OU=novell,dc=cad,dc= hk
are already created. If you retry you would keep getting ALREADY_EXIST error message.
you would have to delete the dns records uploaded by the additional domain controller so far
then do a retry.
The generated ldif file is located in /var/opt/novell/xad/ds/domain/final-dns-records.ldif
