Updated install media

I believe there's a slightly updated OES2 SP1 CD (like sp1b)

Anyone know if that version fixes the storage plugin issue (that's in the readme)

Or will I have to wait for SP2 to fix this (it's just very tedious/time consuming to get iManager to work with the correct plugins because so far on the 12 servers I've done, I Have to manually remove the files from the server and it's very time consuming).
