OES2 NetStorage inaccessible via MS Webfolders, WebDAV clients and partially in IE

The problem was with NetIdentity, I deleted rpawinet.dll file as in
TID10095554 and IE and Web Folders are working.

That still doesn't work but it's minor problem for me.
