NetStorage access to other SMB/SAMBA shares?

Is this possible?

Let's say I've got OES 2 Linux running NetStorage.

Let's say I have two other servers:

SERVER1 - Windows 2000/2003 server that has SMB Shares

SERVER2 - Sun Solaris server that has SAMBA Shares


Can I access (via NetStorage) those servers?

SAMBA is configured to basically use AD authentication and we sync (via
IDM) eDir to AD, so userid/password would be the same for both servers.

Novell used to have functionality for this via the File Gadget/Portlet
in eXtend, but it seems NetStorage is the "way to go" now.
