Apache2 not starting with server start

Good Morning,

When SLES 10.2 w/OES2 sp1 is installed, apache2 starts up as it should with the start or restart of the server.

Sometime after the initial installation and during the configurations, this stops working and every time I reboot or start the server, I manually have to go in and start apache2. This is now happening on two of my servers.

I have looked in the "chkconfig" and it is still set to start, but it doesn't.

I am still learning linux and I have no idea where else to look to solve this.
