New OES2 server, new Tree, error 500?!?

Hi! I already check TID 3595588, and the permission is ok and "getent group | grep novlxtier" return me the good value.

There are a DNS entry of the IP of the server, but i connect with the IP address.
Pinging the server work from every workstations.

When there's a 500 error, the access_log from apache2 show,
from IE8:
