Default New OES2 server, new Tree, error 500?!?

Hi! I'm trying to configure a new server for Netstorage.
Its a SLES10SP2 64bits + OES2SP1 alone on its own tree (in VMware ESX 3.5). I installed only eDir, 32bits compatible, iFolder and Netstorage.
The firewall is disabled.
I can connect to http://..../nps/nsadmin, iManager is working, I can connect from a netware client, the SLP is configured, but Netstorage give error 500? A brand new installation from scratch!!

The weirdest thing, is that there's 1 workstation that can connect, download, upload, can do everything! Its my SLED 11 64bits with Firefox or Konqueror! I try other Linux and it don't work, even on the same vlan than the server!

On the apache2 log there's:
configuration error: couldn't check user. No user file?: /oneNet/Netstorage.html

and the catalina.out the only error I see is:
org.apache.catalina.startup.ContextConfig - Missing application web.xml, using defaults only StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/welcome]

But like i said, my workstation work (from apache2 log):

[29/Oct/2009:15:53:24 -0400] "GET /oneNet/Netstorage HTTP/1.1" 200 9655 "http://<my_ip>/NetStorage/contentframe.html?/oneNet/Netstorage" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; fr; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090909 SUSE/3.5.3-1.1.1 Firefox/3.5.3"

I've search for 2 weeks, I deleted and recreate the server 4 times, every time there's the error 500.

If I type id admin, novlxregd or novlxregd it return the right value (?):
uid=600(admin) gid=600(admingroup) groups=600(admingroup)
uid=81(novlxregd) gid=81(novlxtier) groups=81(novlxtier)
uid=82(novlxsrvd) gid=81(novlxtier) groups=81(novlxtier),8(www)

The certificates are valid, what can I check next?
thank you
Eric.
