owcimomd will not load

while trouble shooting why iManager will not allow me to manage one of my clusters I have come to this road block.

One the master IP node of the 2 node cluster I am unable to get owcimomd to load. It run fine on the other node. I have a feeling because it is not loading on the master IP of the cluster iManager is not being nice.
there seems to be cert key issues. That leads me to knowledge dead end. Any advice would be appreciated.

after backing up the pem files,
I copied /etc/ssl/servercerts/backup/serverkey.pem.2 to /etc/ssl/servercerts/serverkey.pem

Problem solved.
