I haven't know that dhcpdump command, but that's very nice to track the information the dhcp server delivers.

mailfran, give it a try and run that command at the oes 2 server and initiate a refresh at the dhcp client side and then check the output.

# tcpdump -lenx -s 1500 port bootps or port bootpc | dhcpdump
