DNS: named.conf includes inop?

Hi.

I'm trying to add some additional logging settings to novell-named. I'm following the directions outlined in /usr/share/doc/packages/bind/README.SUSE, but for some reason the novell-named startup script is ignoring anything I try to have added to named.conf.

Is there something special to this in regards to novell-named, or is it just broke?
