Driver Disappears after upload

I'm trying to update a driver in the driver store. I have success uploading
the driver but if I click OK or APPLY after the upload the driver no longer
appears in the "current drivers list".

Not sure where to start looking on this.

I updated to iPrint client 5.12 from 4.28 I believe.
