Very slow printing with iprint

We have 3 iprint servers all running on XEN. 1 server is having major problems with slow printing. Print jobs can take as long as 5 minutes. We have SLES10.1 OES2 installed. The iprint rpm is 6.0.20090603-1. I have restarted the server and this has not changed the printing issues. If I go into the psmstatus page and advanced information -I have a warning on iPrint manager internal and the warning is the max number of threads which is 50. Does anyone have any ideas?
