Can't get into Health Monitor

In iManager I can not access Manager health monitor or printer health monitor. It always prompts me to enter a user name and password.

Now I can't connect to the Health Monitor. I attempt this by pointing my
browser at:

https://10.40.1.1/PsmStatus

as per documentation. When I do so, a login dialog box appears telling me
that the Site is 10.40.1.1 The dialog prompts
me for my User Name and Password. I have tried every combination.

In each case I use the correct password. Each and every time the login
dialog pops back up. If I select "Cancel" I am take to a page declaring

Authentication Required!

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the URL
"/PsmStatus". You either supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad
password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials
required.

In case you are allowed to request the document, please check your user-id
and password and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
