Leagto Networker: Cache memory out of avaliable memory

We are running Legato Neworker backup 7.2.1 with latest patch (Save.nlm 4/3/2008). However, during the midnight backup, the console always give out the following error message. The backup sometimes run through, but sometimes with one volume failed and the save.nlm hung on the server.
The avaliable memory at remote manager always stay at more than 1 GB level

The server is Netware 6.0 with SP5 (Dell Poweredge 2650) with 4 GB memory. We have just upgraded the BIOS and Raid controller.

Any ideas?
