Netware Hangs after Time Zone SET

Good morning

A new timetable has been implemented in my country, Argentina, for the summer time.
I have been able to set all my NDS and servers correctly (Netware and Linux), except for one of the Netwares, which hangs

some minutes after the following changes are made:

SET Time Zone = AGT3AGDT
SET Daylight Savings Time Offset = +1:00:00
SET Start of Daylight Savings Time = (OCTOBER 19 00:00:00 AM)
SET End of Daylight Savings Time = (MARCH 16 00:00:00 AM)

currently, the server has got time zone AGT3, but without DST.
Honestly, I can't figure out why the server hangs some minutes after I make these changes.
I would really appreciate your help.
