Try disabling multiprocessor support. Thge AACRAID.HAM driver has always
been problematic with multiple processors (or cores) and your abends
always occur on the second processor (e.g. processor 1, counting starts at
zero).

For this, simply add the following command to your startup.ncf and see if
that stabilizes your server:

Set Auto Processors = OFF

Note that reducing your processors to just one will probably not
noticeably change the server performance because for typical file
services, NetWare hardly benefits form multiple processors.
