Strange Error message

Sorry if this is the incorrect forum, was not really sure where to post this one,

NDSNamespaceImpl...1960 ".nafcs." com.novell.admin.common.exceptions.UniqueSPIExcept ion: (Error -625) the server is unable to communicate across the network because a server is down, a bridge or other physical connection is between servers, or a server cannot be found.
DirAuthenticator...1099 (Error -625) The server is unable to communicate across the network because a server is down, a bridge or other physical connection is down between servers, or a server cannot be found.
DirAuthenticator...1121 Login failed : kuhl.fchs.gsb: nafcs

Any ideas what this might be?
