Default DHCP server vs. Windows XP SP3

I have a big problem with DHCP server on NW 6.5...

Windows XP up to SP3 show permanent lease as lease to 1970/01/01 00:59:59, and also fill-up system log by events about expired lease. Sencon and also bigger problem is, that PC with XP SP3 disconnect and reconnect ~20 seconds after user login to windows and of course many time interrupts login script.

When I setup server, I set in DHCP/DNS console lease time to 3 days, but for reserved (permament) IP lease, server don't send actual time +3 days, but maximum time (like year 2100, which is interpreted as year 1970)...
